"Twelve began as the anniversary of the date I first time I tried to commit suicide, (12.11.10). its been over 5 years since that day. Twelve have become a reminder how far I have come since that day. How much has changed and that you should never give up. My depression and anxiety have always been a huge part of my life and probably always will be. I still have good days and bad however I’ve learnt to embrace it. Mental illness is a flaw in chemistry not character. My mental illness is apart of who I am but it does not define who I am. I sincerely encourage anyone struggling with mental illness to get help and talk to someone. No feeling is final. Get help."
