Descripción

This is the latest tattoo I did for Erfan Paydar and there is a story and much history behind it. This is an artist depiction of the story of the Persian king Kaykavus ascending to the skies on his throne chained to Eagles by artist Hamid Rahmanian. It symbolizes his ambition amongst other things. The story is from the “Shahnameh” which translates to The Book Of Kings. It’s a long epic poem by Ferdowsi and it is Iran’s national epic poem. It is full of mythology and history of the greater Iran region consisting of Iran, Turkey, Armenia, Georgia and a few other countries. Fuente
