Welcome to the NZ Tattoo & Art Festival. For the very first time New Plymouth will be hosting its very own international tattoo festival. The festival will showcase the best New Zealand & international tattoo artists and expose the public to the history & culture of tattooing, with 87 booths featuring live tattooing, piercing, retailers, food, drink, art exhibitions & live entertainment. Which will make the bi annual NZ tattoo & art festival a must see event on the tattoo and arts calendar.
