4th Jacksonville Tattoo Arts Festival

Welcome to the Jacksonville Tattoo Arts Festival 2027 , where tattoo culture takes over the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center for a full weekend in downtown Jacksonville.

Taking place on February 5–7, 2027 , this Villain Arts festival gives visitors three days to meet tattoo artists, explore different styles and ideas, arrange new work and experience live tattooing in person.

The event also offers an opportunity to discover the artists and exhibitors taking part in the 2027 Villain Arts tour.

The festival is open Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM .

Admission is $20 for a single day or $40 for a three-day pass, with free entry for children under 12.
