This is an international tattoo convention held in Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture, where artists of various genres and styles from Japan and abroad gather.

This is the first time that this event will be held, and you will have the chance to enjoy the techniques and performances of artists active around the world, and to order and receive treatment directly from world-class artists!

Over the course of three days, hundreds of works of art will be created by tattoo artists from all over the world, highlighting centuries of tattoo art, and they will be engraved forever.

This event strictly prohibits the admission of people associated with organized crime groups and anti-social forces. In addition, please refrain from engaging in any behavior that violates public order and morals within or around the event venue.

Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
